Orange County Rehab Tips

If you’re not from Southern California, here’s a few tips to make your chemical dependency recovery process smoother. The weather is mild year round, but the sun can be intense, especially if you’re relaxing on the beach - be sure to bring sun block and sunglasses.
If you plan on swimming you should also bring boardshorts. Flip flops are also nice for walking to the beach.
When you get to Southern California for rehab, make sure you drink a lot of water. At Newport Coast Recovery we make sure all clients get great nutrition and plenty of hydration. You’ll probably be engaging in regular exercise if you’re healthy enough for it so keep that in mind.
